3D The Jigsaw Puzzle - Mid Valley

When I was jobless,  my hubby always ask me to kill my time at home with jigsaw puzzle.  But I don think I have that kind of patience with this game, so far I only completed 300 pieces puzzle.  3D jigsaw puzzle is the new challenge.  You see the 3D globe below, it cost about RM700 per unit but it looks awesome!!

I think it is still  one of the best activity for family who come to solve the puzzle together, that will be meaningful!!!

Gandhi Vegetarian Restaurant since 1972- Brickfield

Ten years ago, when i was brought by my eldest brother to have dinner at Gandhi, it was just a very small hawker stall with zinc shelter located at the corner of the street with a few tables. We enjoy their nasi lemak very much, small packet with only few scoops of rice but its only 50cents and its yummy!!. The stall was running by an middle age Indian man who enjoy cooking slowly and yet people willing to wait for his tasty foods…hahaha, there is only 1 waiter serving few tables, and 1 plump malay lady who is handling drinks.

Now, the stall is no longer located over there and it has been transformed in a shop-lot restaurant. The old man has passed down his business to his son, I am sure he is so proud of his son who manage to expand his food business. Their shop is running by at least 10 workers now. We went there to enjoy what we had 10 year ago and also ordered our favourite “Ayam Y2K”, this recipe was created in year 2000 and it is still the most favorite dish in Gandhi’s recipe.

This is Ayam Y2K, its well marinated with deep fried, very crispy and yummy…and we also ordered Asam fish that taste hot and sour follow by Chinese style Bean curd and a cup of Milo. :) Total spent RM24…:)

We didnt try their new “Satay” recipe but will definitely try it next round. Cos its really smell good when i took this photo closely.

Location :
Scott Sentral Service Suite, Lot G1-G2, Jalan Padang Belia Off Jalan Scott, (Brickfields) Jalan Tun Sambanthan.
** After the Petronas Station on your left, then turn left and go all the way inside, you will see Gandhi’s restaurant brighten up the area with big sighboard.
